All stalls are required to have Public Liability Insurance to trade at our events. A copy of your Certificate of Currency is required for our records. Please upload a copy of your insurance during your application - see next box

All stall holders must hold a current certificate of currency for Public Liability Insurance. We do not cover businesses for liability and you must upload a copy of your insurance cover note here for your application to be processed.
FOOD SAFETY: A health inspector from Tweed Shire Council may be onsite prior to and/or during the event. Vendors selling cooked food are required to have a certified food safety supervisor onsite with a copy of their certificate available for inspection. Your food business must be registered with the Tweed Shire Council or your local council if not in Tweed. Vendors will need to supply event organisers with their NAFSIS registration number. All information must be provide to the market manager prior to the event. Please contact Tweed Shire Council for further enquiries on food business registration: www.tweed.nsw.gov.au
Not for profit or charitable organizations are exempt from notifying the NSW Food Authority and will not need a NAFSIS registration number to trade. For more information visit: www.foodauthority.nsw.gov.au
Council Inspections of Food Businesses will be charged a fee. This fee will be communicated to the market manager and passed on to the vendor as incurred.
You must provide your number OR write N/A (not applicable).
For those booking food stalls - you are required to be under the inspection regime of your Council of residency and have the associated Food Handling Certificates and Council Specifications. A full list of Conditions of Trade is on this website. Please READ them. By ticking this box you accept these conditions. It is a condition of trading and participating in our event that you take responsibility for any hazards you create whether during set up of your stall - during trading - and pack down of your stall. You accept responsibility for all of your plant, equipment, product and staff at all times and understand that you are required to have all electrical equipment tagged and tested by a professional. We insist on the safety of the public being your priority at all times during any interaction and understand that you will not create any hazards in your stall through set up or otherwise. You understand and agree to holding a current certificate of insurance for public liability. You agree to drive responsibly during bump in and bump out at the event and adhere to the staff and volunteers on site. We insist on safety first and if at any time you are unsure of an issue you will advise a staff member, volunteer or the event organiser immediately. A full copy of the Terms and conditions will be sent to you and we thank you for your acceptance of these terms and appreciate your cooperation in providing a safe environment at our event.
We are unable to control the weather and for continuity and consistency, we will proceed with the event despite the weather on the day. If it is dangerous weather and it is not considered safe to continue with the event, the market manager alone will make the decision to cancel and consequently contact all the traders upon such a decision.
Attendance is required. Failure of traders to attend and trade will see forfeiture of their stall payment. No refunds will be given to traders who fail to attend or set up and trade. Stall traders may however opt to not trade if they so wish.
The event managers decision is final and not open to negotiation. We appreciate your understanding and by marking this field you accept our Wet Weather Policy and Attendance Requirements and fully understand our Terms and Conditions. Special Conditions will of course be considered - please contact management as required.

Yes I understand that there are no refunds for stall fees. I also understand that stall fees are not rolled over into future markets. If I am unable to attend or choose not to attend, my fees will be forfeited unless I meet the criteria as described in the conditions of trade. Please read the website.
General Stall dimensions are 3m x 3m. Food VANS please tick the van option and provide dimensions in the next box option
Please choose from the options below your type of stall and number of stalls. STALL TENT SITES ARE 3 METRES X 3 METRES. If you require more than 3 metres you will need to order the relevant number of sites. For example if you need a 4 or 6 metre site you will need to order 2 sites. If you have 8 or 9 metre site you will need to order 3 sites... and so on and so forth. Sites are booked in 3 month permanent blocks which run congruently with our BAS quarters OR temporary monthly sites. Power is an additional fee
Food Vans must provide their exact dimensions including your draw bar . Also include if service is from the rear or side of the van.
Sites that require power will be charged a fee. It is a separate fee additional to your site fee. Please tick what type of power you require - 10amp or 15 amp.
All payments must be received prior to the market via EFT. Once your application has been received, we will process your information and allocate you a stall if there is one available. You will then be forwarded an invoice via email which will include banking details. Please use your name as the reference when paying. Persons choosing not to trade forfeit payment.

Stall Payments are not refundable unless the market is cancelled by the Market Manager. If stall traders opt to not trade due to illness, transport issues or choice, your stall fee will be forfeited unless the site is resold. Alternatively, serious illness requires a Doctor's certificate and we are able to transfer your stall fee to an alternative date. We appreciate your acceptance of these trading terms.
